How can I pay?

We offer the following payment methods through Payfast:

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER R500.

Local Delivery (Most areas in Gauteng):

0 to 5 kg - R60.00

5kg+ - Will be calculated at checkout.

 

Main Centre Delivery (Most major towns/cities):

0 to 5 kg - R65.00

5kg+ - Will be calculated at checkout.

 

Regional (Most townships and outlying areas):

0 to 5 kg - R120.00

5kg+ - Will be calculated at checkout.

 

How can I track my parcel?

Once your online order has been received and fulfilled, we will pop you an email as soon as your parcel is dispatched which will include a tracking number. You are welcome to use the track and trace functionality on the courier website or you can email us at support@umgafrica.zendesk.com and we will gladly assist you. Please refer to our shipping lead times for your area.

 

For Pre-Orders please contact us directly to get a status of your parcel. Every pre-order will have an indication of when the parcel will ship from overseas.

 

What are your shipping lead times?

Our delivery shipping lead times are approximately 2-3 working days(maximum of 5 working days), depending on your distance from a main hub. Regional areas can take up to 7 working days.

For Pre-Orders please contact us directly to get a status of your parcel. Every pre-order will have an indication of when the parcel will ship from overseas.

The Release/Shipping date indicated for a pre-order item is the shipping date from overseas. This item still needs to reach our warehouse in Johannesburg before you will start receiving live updates.

Mixed carts will only be delivered once the pre-order item has arrived. 

 

How do I return something I purchased online for a refund?

You can complete a returns form on our home page or you can email us at support@umgafrica.zendesk.com. You have 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund. You are also welcome to return your purchase through using our "support" button on our website.
