This is the third studio album by the American rock band and was released in August 1986 to immediate and huge success, with the addition of Desmond Child giving the song writing team of Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora an extra edge. It spent eight weeks at number 1 in the US Billboard Top 200 and is the band’s best selling album. It contains some of their biggest songs, including ‘You Give Love a Bad Name’, ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’, ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’ and ‘Never Say Goodbye’.
